1. What Is VahanLead?
VahanLead is a lead distribution platform for outstation vehicle rentals.
We:
- Collect travel requirements from customers and vendors
- Share relevant leads with registered vehicle operators
- Charge only when a lead is viewed
We are not:
- A booking aggregator
- A travel agent
- A commission-based platform
VahanLead only provides access to enquiries, not guaranteed bookings.
2. Who Can Use VahanLead?
You can use VahanLead if you are:
- A vehicle owner or operator
- Providing outstation rental services (car, tempo traveller, bus)
- Willing to communicate directly with customers
We do not support:
- Local hourly rentals
- Bike or two-wheeler rentals
3. Wallet, Deposit & Payments
- Minimum wallet recharge: ₹5,000
- Wallet amount is prepaid balance, not a subscription
- Wallet balance is used only when you view a lead
Important points:
- Wallet balance does not expire
- Wallet balance is non-refundable
- Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn as cash
- Wallet amount can be used only for lead consumption
Once deposited, the amount cannot be reversed.
4. Lead Pricing & Charges
- Cost per lead: ₹50
- You are charged only when you view the lead details
- Simply receiving a lead message does not deduct money
If you:
- Do not open the lead
- Ignore the lead

5. Shared Leads Policy
Leads on VahanLead are shared, not exclusive.
This means:
- A single enquiry may be shown to multiple relevant vendors
- Sharing is controlled, not unlimited
Shared leads help:
- Keep costs low
- Ensure customers get responses
- Avoid waste if one vendor is unavailable
Exclusive leads are not guaranteed.
6. Lead Relevance & Routing
Leads are shared based on:
- Vehicle type
- Route or originating city preference
- Vendor activity status
- Wallet availability
Some vendors operate on an originating city model.
If you select an originating city, you may receive:
- Any lead where the trip starts from that city
- Provided the vehicle type matches
Receiving a lead does not mean you must view or act on it.
7. Lead Closure & Fulfillment
A lead is marked closed when:
- A customer confirms their requirement is fulfilled
- Or the customer confirms after an operator reports fulfillment
Once closed:
- The lead is not shared further
If travel dates have already passed:
- Such leads may still be visible
- They are shown with a warning
- Viewing them is at vendor’s own discretion
VahanLead does not guarantee usefulness of expired-date leads.
8. No Booking Guarantee
Important clarification:
- Viewing a lead does not guarantee a booking
- Lead platforms provide opportunities, not confirmed sales
- Conversion depends on:
- Pricing
- Availability
- Communication
- Response speed
VahanLead is not responsible for booking outcomes.
9. GST, Billing & Invoices
- GST is applied only on leads actually consumed
- Monthly GST invoice is generated for used amount
- No GST invoice is issued at wallet recharge stage
- If no leads are used in a month, no invoice is generated
Invoices are:
- Auto-generated
- GST-compliant
- Shared digitally
10. Vendor Responsibilities
As a vendor, you agree to:
- Provide correct vehicle and route information
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Avoid misleading pricing or false claims
- Respect customer privacy
VahanLead does not control:
- Your pricing
- Your negotiation
- Your service delivery
You are fully responsible for your interactions with customers.
11. Platform Usage & Fair Conduct
VahanLead may:
- Pause or restrict access in case of misuse
- Stop sharing leads if abusive or unethical behavior is reported
- Update system rules for fairness and performance
We aim to maintain:
- A clean lead network
- Fair distribution
- Genuine participation
12. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically to:
- Improve clarity
- Reflect legal or operational changes
Updated terms will be applicable once published on the website.
13. Limitation of Liability
VahanLead:
- Is not responsible for trip execution
- Is not responsible for payment disputes between customer and vendor
- Does not guarantee lead quality, booking success, or revenue
The platform’s role ends at lead delivery.
14. Final Understanding (Very Important)
By using VahanLead, you understand that:
- Wallet amount is prepaid and non-refundable
- Leads are shared, not exclusive
- Charges apply only on lead view
- No booking is guaranteed
- You control which leads to engage
